Grades 6-8
Youth in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades wishing to be confirmed in the Lutheran Church meet on Wednesday evenings, September through May. Confirmation is a re-affirmation of one’s baptism where middle-school youth learn more about their faith. Studies include the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) and Luther’s Small Catechism that highlights the foundations of the Christian faith – the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer, The Apostle’s Creed and the Sacraments of Baptism and Communion.
