Join us Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 pm for our 30 minutes Lenten Services. This year our theme is: With Awe & Love and focuses on a midweek series built around Luther’s Small Catechism. The Small Catechism was designed as a teaching tool of the faith, not just within the church but in the home.
Luther intended for the home to be the place where faith was first shared and taught. Thus, he created “The Small Catechism”; a simple explanation of the Ten Commandments, the Creed, the Lord’s prayer, and the Sacraments. Each week of our mid-week Lenten service held at 6:30 pm, we will focus on one part of The Small Catechism. Studying The Small Catechism offers a way of growing closer to God by thinking on God’s word and the basics of our faith.
- Feeding the Flock meals will be served at 5:30 pm in Centennial Hall and is open to everyone!
